Azoospermia, Azoospermia Azoospermia symptoms, diagnosis, misdiagnosis, treatment, prevention, prognosis, Infertility, Infertility, Infertility Herbal Treatment

Impotence or erectile dysfunction is a very common problem that affects every1 out of 10 adult Men. Erectile dysfunction is the result of a single, or more commonly a combination of multiple factors. At one time impotence was thought to be the result of physiological problems, but we now know that only 10 - 20% of the cases are organic in nature. Some of the many causes of impotence include, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart and vascular disease, stress, hormone problems, pelvic surgery, trauma, venous leak, and side effects of frequently prescribed medications. No matter what the cause, most men have a secondary psychological reaction that can worsen the situation.

Feelings of performance anxiety, guilt, and low self-esteem are common. For many years impotence was a problem that was not talked about because of its personal nature. Men suffering from this condition often do not know much about the treatment available or avoid seeking medical help due to fear of social stigma. At Halta Medical Center, educate men about erectile dysfunction and provide them with effective, cost-efficient and rapid Ayurvedic solutions which they can use to restore an active and gratifying sex life. We believe in the "goal-oriented" approach to impotence and never encourage our patients to go buy costly and blurred medicines which claim to revitalize within no time.

Chlamydia is one sex disease which affect mostly women upto 65%. It generally attacks the patients of 15-24 yrs age group. Its early symptoms may not appear, making it more dangerous. The symptoms are penile or vaginal discharge, pain in lower abdomen, pelvic fever with infection & infertility. Infected mother may transmit the disease to her baby. Homosexuality including Oral, anal & vaginal sex contributes maximum for this disease. So better avoid doing that. This disease mainly affects Vagina, Cervix, Urethra, Throat and Anus.

Use of a condom during sex may decrease the risk but elimination is not possible. Halta Medical Center has about 90% of success rate in treating patients suffering from this disease because of spcialisation in blending of Ayurveda & Unani system of medicines with modern diagnostic technology.

Gonorrhea is one of the most infectious and dangerous sex diseases of women. The main causes of this disease are infection due to sexual intercourse with an affected person and uncleanliness of productive organs. In this disorder, a sticky white liquid keeps emerging out of the vagina. The dampness of vagina is not a disease but if the white liquid starts sticking or staining the clothes then it is definitely an alarming state for a woman. The discharge in this disease is densely stinking and may become profuse with a thick yellow puss. The symptoms of this ailment are itching, smarting, stinging pain in the urinary passage and a sticky watery discharge from urinary passage.

If not treated in time, this disease may go up to Fallopian tubes and cause a severe infection causing permanent closure of the tube. This disease is one of the main reasons of physical disorders like Anemia, Headache & Body ache, Weak Eye-sight, Black circles, Fatigue and even Sterility. Due to this disease, many women appear older than their real age and they loose their beauty and glow. A meager 2-3% of Gonorrhea patients reported at Halta Medical Centre have also been diagnosed for having a psychological problem towards onset of this disease. SYPHILIS is also quite a horror of the most dangerous sex ailments and crops up due to physical intercourse with an affected person (called Secondary Syphilis) or to newborn child due to his already infected parents (called Primary Syphilis). Unsafe sex with prostitutes or Sex-workers has been diagnosed as one of the most common reason for falling pray to this ailment. In this disease, a few days after unsafe intercourse, a small boil appears on penis which enlarges speedily and develops in a wound.

There are two types of Syphilis. One affects the organ (penis) and due to being external in nature, it is easily curable. But if not treated in time, it may develop into a heredity disorder. The other type of Syphilis affects the blood by poisoning it, resulting in black patches on skin, scratching and small bronze coloured boils on the body. This type of Syphilis, if developed, affects the nostrils and the inner bones of the nose get decayed. The virus of this disease may even enter the brain through blood and in such condition, the patient either become paralysed or can even die. This disease should be treated immediately as soon as its symptoms appear. This is contractual disease which may come to a man from anybody. At Halta Medical Center, we have many patients who visited us and today they are leading a healthy life after getting cured thoroughly.

UNCONTROLLED ORGASM is sufficient for a man to be humiliated in front of his wife. Usually a healthy intercourse takes 15-20 minutes to reach on climax for both the partners. But a man suffering from Uncontrolled Orgasm gets released within 2-4 minutes, leaving behind his partner gasping in desire. Even the healthiest looking man feels disgraced before his wife if he falls pray to this disease.

His wife, being left unsatisfied during love making, starts avoiding intercourse. In most of the cases, a wife even starts loathing her husband due to his inability to hold. They even discuss such most discreet affairs among their friends and close relatives consequently defaming their husband in society. These circumstances finally lead to the break-up. Men suffering from Uncontrolled Orgasm most likely try to find out the solution to their problem by resorting to drug addiction or any other intoxication. They don't really find the solution but get succumbed to the habit of intoxication which weakens their body more than earlier and their productive organs become loose and lifeless. Whenever you feel that you are not able to satisfy your wife anymore or you are getting discharged earlier than usual, you should immediately consult a doctor. SLEEP EMISSIONS (NIGHTFALL) When a man starts feeling frail physically due to wasting his semen by masturbating, he guilty-consciously attempts to get rid of habit of masturbation. In this effort, he succeeds in controlling his hands but cannot control his mind In this state, his mind contemplates sexual imaginations and he even starts dreaming about during sleep. It results in leaking of semen during sleep. Such state intensifies so much that the patient spoils his clothes for sure due to leaking of semen during every time he sleeps. Such ailment does not have any routine. It may happen every 3rd day or re-occur with longer intervals. This ailment frustrates the patient and he starts loosing his appetite and memory as well. The disorder of Sleep Emissions causes anomalies to pulse rate and may also cause excessive urination. Though many doctors deny to any after effect of sleep emissions, but a number of patients complain for physical weakness, sluggishness and diminishing sexual arousal. Such physical & mental state adversely affects the married life. The problem, however, is curable with application of the appropriate & authentic prescriptions. INFERTILITY(STERILITY) AND SPERMATOZOAS' DISORDER Infertility is not a genetic disorder and sure to have a cause if it violates a human body. Infertility affects at least 20-25% of couples who are of reproductive age. Statistically one in every fifth couple you know might be affected by some degree of infertility. The ratio is heartbreakingly clumsy but fortunately can be brought down substantially if treated in time. Figures among the patients of Infertility vary but it would seem that around 30% of men are sub-fertile and at least 2% of men are totally infertile. A number of scientific researches claim that male fertility is decreasing remarkably as a result of modern living.

The career has overtaken other priorities like sexual interaction between couples resulting in 'assumed sterility'. Modern concepts of 'Live-in relationship' and 'Delayed parenthood' have encouraged women to log jam the pregnancy till they cross 30 years of age or more. As indicated by Ancient Ayurveda Sutras, the ideal age for conceiving is between 19 - 26 years. With the ageing of a woman, as the biological clock ticks on, the number of eggs and their quality also decline. The pregnancy after crossing 30 years or more of age not only exposes the women to physical danger but also put down the couple to a hassled and apprehensive time frame. Though, the advent of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and the Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ARTs) has emerged as an outstanding medical assistance to thousands of otherwise infertile couples to have their own biological offspring. Still, 1 out of every 10 patients had been diagnosed as patients of incurable infertility. The limitation of modern medicine to cure this ailment has prompted the patients of Infertility globally to resort to other forms of medical science in particular the Ayurveda because of its proven authenticity. Most of the women suffer from Menstruation Cycle Disorder. This ailment is easily curable. Only 1% of the patients suffering from Menstruation Cycle Disorder are diagnosed with blocked Fallopian tubes. This problem can also be sorted out by a minor surgery with a success rate of above 50%. But tragically, most of the women keep suffering from this disorder due to their ignorance, resulting in infertility. The men, on the contrary, suffer from a more complicated disorder of infertility. In their case, either they completely lack the spermatozoa in their semen or the number is insufficient to be fertile. Therefore, in most of the cases of infertility, it is man who is the erring platform and not his female partner. At Halta Medical Center, more than 6500 patients have been successfully treated for Infertility till now.

Azoospermia (The absence of sperm): Azoospermia is the complete absence of sperm in the semen and as such means that a man will be completely infertile. It is extremely unlikely that the man will be able to father a child naturally. In fact it is rare that a man has absolutely no sperm at all and as long as some sperm are produced it is possible nowadays to help couples through a procedure called ICSI. So, if the doctor says you have azoospermia make sure you ask exactly what the semen analysis results were. Azoospermia occurs in about 2% of men in the general population. So whilst not common there are plenty of infertile men around, if you calculate the total number in comparisation with the total population globally. This means that if you and your partner have been trying for a year or more to have a baby there is an increased risk that you may have a problem. The finding of azoospermia often comes as a surprise for a couple since there often are no symptoms (there frequently is an ejaculate and a normal ejaculation process). Whilst this can be very distressing it is possible to offer treatment through a fertility specialist in many cases so it is important not to just give up and think there is no hope. If treatment does fail it is possible to help some couples by using the new ICSI procedures. The most severe expression of male factor infertility is azoospermia, where no sperm are present in the ejaculate. Azoospermia is found in 15-20% of men evaluated for infertility. Causes of azoospermia include congenital and acquired reproductive tract obstruction as well as spermatogenic failure.

Azoospermia may have different etiologies previously described as pretesticular (i.e. abnormal Hypothalamo-Pituitary-Gonadal hormonal axis), testicular (i.e. secondary to abnormal testicular function) and posttesticular (i.e. obstruction or ejaculatory dysfunction).

Normal male chromosome analysis depicts 46 chromosome with an XY complement of sex chromosomes. Common abnormalities seen in men with NOA includes Klinefelter's syndrome (47, XXY), autosomal translocations, and other sex chromosome anomalies (46, XX).

This classification, although physiologically correct, is not always practical for treatment decision making. The division of azoospermia into OBSTRUCTIVE and NON-OBSTRUCTIVE categories allows better determination of specific treatment options available to a particular patient. At Halta Medical Center, we have developed many Ayurvedic medicines for successful treatment of this disease.
